REGULAR PRICE RETURN POLICY:

Full price items are eligible for return or online store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Shoes and accessories are eligible for return or online store credit within 14 days of delivery.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment 
  • All full price merchandise eligible for returns must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn. If items are not returned in perfect condition, we are not responsible for refunding or resending this merchandise to the customer. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

  • Custom orders are created individually for you and are FINAL SALE

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If sale merchandise is returned unauthorized, we are not responsible for accepting the return or resending merchandise back to customer. 
  • In the event of further markdowns, price adjustments will not be made on previously placed orders

RETURN TO SENDER/INVALID ADDRESSES: 

In the case that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for items that damage from customer wear.

HOW TO RETURN: 

Please note: at this moment we do not cover your return shipping cost- you are responsible for any shipping costs to send your returns back to our facility.

RETURN PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund or store credit to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.

For a Return:

  • The customer will receive an email notification of the return once it has been processed.
  • The customer can choose to receive a refund or online credit, as indicated on the returns/exchange form.
  • Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your account statement after processing on our end, depending on your bank.
  • Online credit is issued immediately after processing the return. An online credit code is emailed to the customer.
